Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Alversity website, mobile experience, and courses (together, the “Platform”), operated by Alversity (“Alversity”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Alversity is a brand operated by Futurebulls Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U85499HR2025PTC132331), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at H.No-1016, Gali No-2, Bhoor Colony, Old Fbd, Faridabad City, Faridabad – 121002, Haryana, India.
1. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
2. Nature of the Platform
Alversity is an educational platform. We provide courses, live classes, recorded content, and assessments on markets, personal finance, and related subjects. Alversity is not a stockbroker, portfolio manager, research analyst, or investment adviser, and nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product. See our Financial Education Disclaimer for more detail.
3. Course access and licence
On successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course for personal, non-commercial, educational use. Access duration (lifetime or time-limited) is stated on each course’s page at the time of purchase. For security, course access is limited to a maximum of two registered devices at a time; you can manage registered devices from your account settings.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, resell, or otherwise share course content, or attempt to circumvent access or device controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this section.
4. Pricing and payments
Course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are shown in full before checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay; Alversity does not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable charge for the course price shown at checkout.
5. Live classes
Where a course includes live classes, sessions run on a published schedule via integrated video-session tooling. Live class schedules may occasionally change due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances; where reasonably possible we will provide advance notice and, where enabled by the instructor, a recording afterward.
6. Certificates
Where a course offers a certificate, it is issued on meeting the course’s stated completion criteria and carries a unique ID that can be checked on our public certificate verification page. A certificate reflects course completion, not a professional qualification, licence, or endorsement by any regulatory body.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or course access with others;
- Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform’s security or operation;
- Use the Platform to provide unauthorised financial advice or solicit trades from other users;
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
9. Intellectual property
All course content, course materials, branding, and Platform software are owned by Alversity or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the limited licence described in Section 3.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alversity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including any financial or investment decision you make after taking a course. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; this does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
