1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as:
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and phone number if provided;
- Purchase details: course purchased, order amount, and payment status (payment instrument details are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay, not stored by us);
- Content you submit: messages sent through our contact form, support tickets, quiz or assignment responses, and reviews;
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers used for our two-device access control, log data, and general usage analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage your account, and provide access to purchased courses;
- Process payments and send order confirmations and receipts;
- Operate live classes, track course progress, and issue certificates;
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- Maintain platform security, including detecting misuse of the two-device access limit;
- Send service-related communications, and, where you have consented, marketing communications;
- Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.

- Razorpay, to process payments;

- Analytics providers, to help us understand and improve the Platform;
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You may request deletion of your account as described in Section 6, subject to information we are required to retain by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Delete your account and associated personal information;
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
9. International data transfer
Our infrastructure and service providers may process data outside India. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection is applied to your information.
